This is NOT a good beginning!

A blog ought to begin with some grand thought, some lofty statement of purpose, some insightful perspective on life -- both amusing and profound.
But, no, I've blown my chance at that through the usual procrastination that is, as much as anything else, a central theme of my life.
Now, tagged in the blogosphere school yard, I'm it, and must come up with a list of five things few people know about me. Lordy, that's difficult since I have no secrets. At least someone, and usually everyone, knows all there is to know about me.
1) I've waited all my life for one of my nostrils to seal over. My father said this was hereditary and I should expect it, but it hasn't happened.
2) I've waited all of my life for my skin to clear up. My mother said it would happen after I turned 20, but it hasn't.
3) From time to time I find myself wondering what every happened to Beanie Morris, someone I haven't seen in more than 35 years.
4) I lost my retainer in the surf and had nightmares about it for decades.
5) I have no ear lobes.
